General Terms & Acceptance

Account Obligations & Security

Password & Credential Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. Account Suspension & Closure

Effect of Closure

Upon account closure, tlk999 will process any legitimate outstanding withdrawal of available real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and wagering-requirement-locked funds) to the player's verified payment method, subject to completed KYC verification. Funds associated with active bonuses or pending wagering requirements are forfeited upon account closure unless the closure is initiated by tlk999 for reasons unrelated to player misconduct.

Dormant Accounts

An account is classified as dormant after 12 consecutive months of no login activity. tlk999 will attempt to contact the account holder at the registered email address before applying dormant account procedures. A dormant account administration fee of ৳200 per month may be deducted from dormant balances after the initial 12-month inactivity period, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. Reactivation requires successful login and completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
